What “unlimited” includes | PowerDialer.ai Help
Exactly what each plan covers per seat, what is metered, what a phone number costs, and what happens at the edge of a plan.
Twenty-seven customers have asked some version of “unlimited means actually unlimited, right?”. Here is the plain answer, with the prices on the page rather than behind a demo.
The plans
| Plan | Monthly | Quarterly | Annually |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single Line | — | $59 | $45 |
| Standard Unlimited | $199 | $159 | $139 |
| Premium | $249 | $199 | $165 |
| Business | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Every figure is per seat per month. Quarterly and annual are billed up front, which is why they cost less per month. There is no seat minimum — one seat is a valid purchase.
What “unlimited” refers to
On Standard Unlimited and Premium, unlimited refers to calling minutes within the plan’s included regions. It is not a licence to add people: a seat is a person, and a second person needs a second seat. That is the question behind “in the price, you can invite as many people as you want, right?” — and the answer is no.
Single Line is metered rather than unlimited: it includes up to 250 minutes.
What is charged separately
Phone numbers are $3 each, and each seat includes one free number. If you want local presence across several area codes, each additional number is a separate $3.
What this page cannot tell you
Fair-use limits on an unlimited plan, and the exact region list, are product settings rather than published prices. If you are planning high volume into one country, ask before you commit — a straight answer now is cheaper than a surprise later.
